Cancellation & Refund Policy



To reserve our services for your date, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking with balance due 3 weeks prior to your event date. If an order is not picked up at scheduled time Sugar Coated will hold order with a 1/2 hour grace period. Sugar Coated is no longer responsible for orders left after the grace period expires. Please be Prompt when picking up your order :)

If an order is not picked up on scheduled date Sugar Coated will hold order to be picked up but will not be responsible for re-filling the order.

In the event of cancellation:
  1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing at least 8 weeks prior to event date.
  2. If a cancellation is received more than eight weeks prior to the promised delivery date, the aforementioned deposit will be refunded less $100 administrative fee.
  3. If a cancellation is received less than eight weeks prior to the promised delivery date, the aforementioned deposit is forfeited.
  4. Gift Certificates are good up to one year after purchase date.
  5. Holiday Orders are final and will be filled upon payment.
